About Chuck
Pastor Chuck uses worship arts, preaching, teaching, and real-life experiences to reach hearts with the message of Jesus Christ.
Chuck is a pastor, concert pianist, creative thinker, and shepherd leader with decades of pastoral experience and leading and mentoring professional staff and volunteers in a variety of ministries.
Chuck's education includes a seminary master's, a master's in piano performance, and a doctorate in worship studies. Chuck is a classical concert pianist and has done concerts both nationally and internationally, has recorded two albums, and uses his piano playing in worship leading, and as a tool for teaching and preaching.
From 1990-2021 Chuck served as worship arts director, executive pastor, Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor and ultimately Senior Pastor of Reach Church in Delaware. During his years there, many churches were planted, and he served as Headmaster of five schools as part of Reach Church. Since 2022, Pastor Chuck and Melanie work at Path2Freedom (path2freedom.org) serving as house mentors to teenage girls victimized by human trafficking. Additionally, Chuck is an ordained Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) Teaching Elder serving as the Worship Pastor at Covenant Church of Naples, FL.
Between the two of them, Pastor Chuck and his wife Melanie have traveled overseas and been blessed to witness the work of God in Kenya, China, South Korea, Haiti, Spain, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Pakistan, Mexico, and Venezuela.
Chuck and Melanie have been married for over 29 years. They have four children who all love Jesus: Mark (wife Hannah), Katie (husband Aaron), Mollie (husband Johnny), and a high schooler, C.J. They’re also blessed to have three grandchildren: Ezra, Iris, and Charlotte, with two more on the way.
